NYE Poem 2

As the time draws near,
For the big bang of the year,
With party hats on,
With people ready to cheer;

I lay back and enjoy,
The year that it has been,
With a smile on my face,
And that everlasting grin;

I have done so much,
With much more to go,
With that timely clock,
Moving so ever slow;

So bring on the New Year,
And let the countdown begin,
With the end of the season,
And the satisfaction within;

As I countdown to midnight,
Realizing the coming of the new day,
A thought arises in my head,
It won't be different in any way;

I will wake up to the same life,
With the same chores to do,
Surrounded by the same people,
Running the day through;

But let the people hope,
Hope that the new year would bring,
With it better luck and fortune,
So let them dance and sing.

NYE Poem 1

Hope this new year,
Life brings no fear,
Not a drop of tear,
To people I hold dear;

With life full of joy,
Surrounded by love,
With heart so content,
And happiness all above;

So look to days ahead,
With new goals in sight,
With new things to achieve,
To your heart's delight;

So Happy New Year,
To all friends and foes,
With head held high,
Another year comes to a close.

Yo Everybody listen
Im gonna act a fool
Im sick and pathetic
Ya'll watch me drool

I trip myself
Walking in a straight line
I might be ugly
But I think I'm damn Fine

Watching a Comedy
I sure would cry
Under the shower
I just remain dry

I get a tan at night
I eat when on a diet
I can run real fast
Because I just cant fight

I am scared of my shadow
And the boogie man under my bed
When faced with trouble
I lay down and just play dead

So here is my story
Let me know if you like it or not
In my screwed up world
Thats all I have got.

Forgiveness That I Seek!!!

I did hit Rock bottom
A few years ago
Crawled back to the top
And here it is what followed

I looked back down
And all I saw was dirt
That deep fall
Left me with alot of hurt

I decided to change
My life and my ways
My whole school of thought
And forget those hurtful days

I looked pathetic
In the place I was before
With nothing to hold on to
I kept hitting the floor

I cried and I begged
I tried to forget
I gave away all my pride
And attacked when I was upset

I hurt people around me
Trying to share the pain
I gave up on life
And take away what others gain

I cheated and I lied
Lonely at night I cried
Feeling sorry for myself
I wished that I had died

But then I found a place
Where I decided to change
To better myself
And not loose what I gained

So I set on the path
That was as straight as an arrow
With the same love in my heart
That no one can borrow.

Now I humbly apologize
But my hope slowly fades
Hoping you would forgive
All the mistakes I have made.

I am sorry to whoever I have wronged.

In Bed With The Moon

As I look out through my window,
My heart feels for you,
Longing for you to be in my arms,
Just you for a few,

But then I look over my shoulder,
With you staring in my eyes,
That's when I realize we are real,
And everything else is just lies,

Oh moon! up above,
You might appear nice,
Unlike our love,
You will disappear with the sun rise,

So glow in the sky,
With your grace and serenity,
While I lay in the arms,
Of my love for eternity
